How we work

We use various computer aided software for each n every project right from preplanning to project completion.

Eplan Design

Electrical wiring and schematics is designed using Electrical CAD software. Click here for designs

Mechanical CAD

Electrical design is carried using AUTOCAD, PTC CREO and other tools

Programming

Various softwares like TIA Portal, GX developer, FANUC Ladder, WPL soft , Easy builder pro etc are used for programming .

Metal Fabrication

All metal fabrication needed for CNC pendant, Electrical panel and SPM machine structure are manufactured in house itself

About Us

S&J Automation Solutions Hyderabad was founded by VARUNKRISHNA and HEMANTH in the year 2012. Before starting this venture they worked in various companies which supply CNC Controllers and CNC Machines to end users. Both the partners hold Honorary degree in Mechatronics.

Our workforce includes young generation of enthusiastic people looking to lead in the Field of Factory Automation.

within us there lies an Extensive Experience of 8 years in the field of CNC Service and retrofit. Our company adapts to all kinds of modern methods to Reconditioning which includes use of new Controllers, Software’s to plan electric drawing and use of modern tools for faster and better completion of projects.
