Electrical and Mechanical pre-planning
We have used EPLAN software for project preplanning of Electrical wiring routing, Cabinet components placement. Once preplanning is done techinicans have wired the machine as per the drawing. Further additions of any Electrical items were added into the drawing.
Mechanical Modifications and Axis Scrapping
Mechanical elements in the project the include planning a new Electrical pendant and Motor mounting brackets. Panel is designed considering the operator height and angle of View ( CNC Monitor display).
In all our projects we use Anodised Plate for Operator board. Oil spill or coolant splash doesnt damage the MOP.
